Our History

Peritus Contractors LLC was formed in 2005 when Steve and Courtney partnered up. The goal then was to build a company that provided superior construction in the industry. After seeing Energy requirements increase dramatically over the past several years, and being required to use spray foam on several projects, Peritus Contractors decided to enter into the spray foam industry.

The goal still remains the same, provide superior insulation in the industry. Our understanding of the entire project has helped us provide the best possible spray foam application for the project. Our experience has also helped us working with the homeowner or contractor on the project get it done as efficiently as possible.

Peritus is a recognized leader in innovative silicone roofing systems, and offers best-of-class waterproofing and insulation solutions for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential applications. The company’s headquarters is located in Lunenburg, MA and has been providing service to Central MA for over 10 years.

Why Spray Foam Insulation?

Is Spray Foam insulation Worth the Investment?

The EPA’s Energy Star Association has shown that monthly energy bills can be cut by up to 20% when air leaks are sealed and efficient insulation is installed. The initial cost of spray foam insulation is well worth the investment, when factoring in the overall savings that will be headed your way over the long term.

A more peaceful home environment

Reducing air-borne sound transmission, both from outdoor noise and between rooms, will help create a more peaceful environment for everyone, and spray foam insulation like Icynene can contribute to doing just that.

Your family’s health

By air sealing your home with Icynene spray foam insulation, airborne irritants such as dust and pollen entering the home are minimized, reducing the allergens present. In addition, it can help control humidity in the home, which can reduce the risk of mold.
